CICO event

Last week, our CARBIP project took the spotlight at the CICO event in Alden Biesen — an inspiring day where professionals, policymakers and researchers came together to shape the future of circular construction.

Within the CARBIP EU LIFE project, Structural Concrete Belgium and Aerobel are developing innovative prefab wall elements — combining circular design, high-performance aerogel insulation, and a significantly reduced CO₂ footprint.

The event was a great opportunity to showcase this insulation solution up close and to engage in valuable conversations on how circular thinking and smart design can transform the way we build.
