1. Invite-only event

   Precast Transformed is an invite-only event. Your invitation is personal and may not be transferred to someone else without prior written approval from the organisers. This helps us ensure a relevant, balanced and well-curated group of participants.

2. No-show fee

   If you confirm your attendance but do not cancel at least one week prior to the event, a no-show fee of €100 will apply. This fee helps cover reserved catering, capacity and organisational costs — and ensures that your place can be offered to someone else on the guest list.

3. Event communication

   By registering, you agree to receive practical updates about the event — such as changes to the agenda, speaker announcements and logistical details. You may also receive follow-up communications after the event, including key insights or related content.

4. Changes to terms

   The organisers reserve the right to make changes to these terms if necessary due to organisational, logistical or legal reasons. Any updates will be communicated clearly on the registration page or via email if relevant to your registration.
